Main Objective:

 (i) To Manage, control and supervise the affairs of Jama Masjid Shaheen Bagh relating to finance, administration, legal matters and other matters of day to day management.

(ii) To maintain, look after the building of Jama Masjid Shaheen Bagh.

(iii) To settle the salary of Imam, other employees and professional fee of professionals engaged from time to time out of the fund of the Jama Masjid Shaheen Bagh.

(iv) To establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, look after the educational activities from the fund of Jama Masjid Shaheen Bagh.

(v) To appoint a person to look after and operate the bank account from the trustees or from out side.

(vi) To raise the fund for the general good of the Shaheen Bagh community from floor of jama masjid Shaheen Bagh.

Additional objective:

(i) To establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain, look after the educational activities for the backward/weaker section of various societies.

(ii) To create, maintain, use, and look after welfare fund for the activities as to assist the weaker and other segment of societies.

(iii) Maintain, assist, promote, establish to look after and financially support the religious places of various communities.

(iv) To establish, promote, fund, maintain, assist and look after the medical facilities and or other such other facilities for the minorities and other weaker sections.

(v) To grant, pay or give scholarship, stipends, prizes, rewards, allowance and other financial assistance or help in cash or kind to students with a view to promote and help them in prosecuting their studies in schools, colleges, educational institution, technical institutions, arts schools, institutions teaching commercial and other arts including teaching of cultural arts or others training, research or educational works in India or abroad.

(vi) Any other activities of similar nature as above, as deem fit by the trust.

(vii) To establish, promote, set-up, run, maintain assist, finance support and / or aid to or help in the setting up and / or maintaining and / or running schools, and other institutions, or orphanages, widow homes, lunatic, poor houses or other establishments for relief and / or help to the poor, odd and infirm people and / or destitute.

(viii) To give, provide and / or render help and assistance to and / or implement any scheme for providing livelihood and enlistment the poor.

(ix) To give, provide and / or render food, medicine and other help and / or assistance in any shape or form to the poor deserving any needy persons.

(x) To start, with maintain and assist any relief measurers in those parts which are or become subjected to natural clematis, such as flood, fire, brought, cyclone earth-quake, storm, accident pestilence etc.

(xi) To initiate Secular and charitable projects schemes and to set up institutions to develop scientific temperament, to safeguard Human Rights and to inculcate secular values in the Society.

(xii) To promote inter-community and inter-regional understanding, affection peaceful co-existence and adjustment.

(xiii) To work for economic development of section of the society, for eradication of poverty, injustice, deprivation and backwardness.
